Ice Sculpting & First Annual Tree Lighting
Looking to plan a holiday party this year? Come check out our venue at its brightest, as M Restaurant and the Morris House Hotel cordially inviting you to be a part of our First Annual Tree Lighting on Sat. Dec. 1, 2012 at 7:30pm. In the afternoon you can witness the transformation of two blocks of ice into a full sized Nutcracker and Philadelphia’s own “LOVE Park” logo! To jump start the festive month of December we will also be offering complimentary homemade hot chocolate and our wonderful Chef’s Tasting Menu that will continue highlight many specials of the season! We invite you and your guests to step through our wrought iron gates and step back in time to enjoy the festivities! The property is a hidden gem with its historic breath taking charm, exceptional food and a courtyard that makes you feel as if you are in the south of France.
Morris House Hotel Gives Back
The Morris House is also going to “Pay it Forward” and give to those who are less fortunate than ourselves. We will be working with St. Jude’s Hospital for Children and The Salvation Army in collecting unwrapped gifts that can be donated to the many needy children in our area for the entire month of December. Please try to bring a gift with you that will bring endless happiness to the thousands of children who will be without anything this holiday season. We hope you will help us make a difference and we look forward to celebrating the holidays together, so Save The Date! As a thank you from us we would like to offer a complimentary hot chocolate in return!
